Does anybody run dynomax ceramic coated headers? I some in Jegs, they seemed to be decent. I'm thinking about getting a pair.

Not the ceramics but still Dynomax long headers on my neighbors truck. The install went ok. Here are the issues i remember. All can be dealt with pretty easily

    1. The headers do not have a provision for the o2.
    Just weld one in
    2. The Y pipe needs to be redone, or the whole exhaust
We cut and rewelded the Y pipe
    3. The collector on the pass side is very close to the lower shackle bolt.
We cut the bolt shorter but it still might hit. New engine mounts helped a bit.

Full Dynomax exhaust system on mine, I like it. You can also reverse the shackle bolt on the pass side for the best clearance.

Full dynomax as well. Reversed the shackle bolt. My only gripe was that one of the bolts on the back of the head were REALLY hard to get to. They've treated me well so far.

I've got the ceramic ones on my burb. I got mine from summit, as they were a few bucks cheaper.
Like the other guys, the collectors are close to the shackle bolt. No contact yet, but close.
There was an extra tab on the right header, on the flange that didn't clear something on the head. I don't remember exactly what it hitting, but I had to cut the tab off. I'd take a look to tell you exactly what it was, but I'm nowhere near the truck now.
And I ran them with the paper gaskets they came with for a while, but they started leaking so I just swapped to copper gaskets and haven't had a problem since.

I remember that tab now that you mention it.
