I'm looking for e-brake cables that go from the brake backing plate to the frame mounted cables that are longer then my factory cables. Has anyone done this modification? I broke both my e-brake cables a couple years ago and I'd like to replace them with longer ones.

I've had good luck with NAPA. I replaced both cables on my 88 Sub 4x4 for longer cables, just took my old ones in and compared with others they had, until something came up. Their catalogs show lengths and type of ends on them. Worked for me. Have also done this on a friends lifted K5.

Thanks Bill, I'll try the Napa.
