    First reports 5.2 centered in Gilroy... Man that one shook the S%#t outta our house..And it lasted a while..

    I rode one out in 88-89 and that was fun I forgot what it was but it was enough that you couldn't walk in the parking lot>>>..........mike

    They just shut down Bart to check things out.. We are Ok..Moved my guns around in the cabnit.And all the pics on the wall are crooked .But everything looks OK..

    Yeah it seemed to go on forever. Not as bad as '89 though.

    I didn't feel it . My wifes in the house , OH MY GOD EARTHQUAKE. I was out side I have now idea why I didn't feel it.

    They said it lasted 10 seconds..It felt like it lasted about 30..We are about 6 miles from the epecenter (sp)

    I was outside...
    I threw i tire out of the back of my truck and as it landed on my driveway the truck seemed to shake a lot. and I watched the tire dance all the way out into the middle of the street.

    Seemed kinda funny at that moment.
    Didn't even know there was an earthquake until i came inside and saw that even the chandalers(sp?) were still shaking.
     
  14. Yea, my Mom and her Boyfriend have a Polo Ranch in Gilroy and talked to her a little bit ago, and she said it shook pretty damn good. She said she had not felt anything like that since '89. Wish I was down there with her for that, would have been kinda fun, just shook a little here. Later 80K20

    haah i was in the theater just about to watch spider man and the seats shook, like my two buddies looked at me and said "hmmmm was that an earthquake?" i was like, sure why not, the walls are moving, and we went on to say how great earthquakes are compared to other [censored]
