    what is the last year u could get a th400 np205 combo in a truck /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

    good /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif thats what i needed to know. thanks, thats still a 32 spline case right(same as the 70's 205's) /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

    Yeah, it'll always be a 32 spline case when it's off a TH400. The only differences you'll find will be the adapter change in 85 -

    <-84 = tall, figure 8 pattern with a short input shaft
    85-> = short, round pattern with a long input shaft

    ...and the 2 different t-case tailshafts (fixed yoke vs. slip yoke).

    Beware, there are different TH400 tailshafts for the 2 different adapter styles. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
