I wonder why he didn't junk the IFS and do a SAS? Maybe a SAS affects the trucks mall crawling capabilities?

    What a pin head.

I flipping HATE 49" IROCKs, they look completely idiotic on everything....I even cringe when I see them on trail rigs...but get over it because they do their job, regardless, they still look hideous.

That Denali wouldn't look half bad if it was on a set of 38" PJ's or SSR's but I can't stand big tires larger than 38's anyway, especially on short wheelbase truck.

I don't know, I'd like too see a buggy with quad-steer on 49" Irok's. Be cool if it could be built for a Low center of gravity, the 49" Irok's would more then make up for any ground clearence.

 Better thread a shoe string through a roll of toilet paper, tie it together, and wear it around your neck then....

You completely missed what I was saying.

What I said was that 49" IROKs are UGLY on anything but I get over it easily on a trail rig because they do a good job.

they may be ugly but irock doesn't build em for street queens... I don't even think they are that ugly... like a tsl only irock style.

Any truck that has 49 icnch irocks is a beast, even if it has ifs. You can't tell me it wouldn't mob.... you could but i wouldn't listen.

They may be made for wheelers but I would highly guess Interco sells twice as many to people like that EBAY guy than actuall trail trucks. The IROK is MUCH larger than a 44" TSL, I know because I have seen both in person. From what everyone is running around here the 49's don't look very popular with the wheeler crowd. For one I think most people feel that they are too large for even 1 ton running gear and are hard to clear without too much lift and/or body contact. Even 2.5 ton Rockwell guys are having a hard time with keeping parts in one piece with those 49's. I almost see 52" Michelins more popular than the 49" IROCKs.

What is "mob"? Is that a term everyone uses in high school now?

The rear steer wasn't working when I saw it. The tires rubbed the crap out of the springs and repeatedly bent (according to the owner) the mini- drag links. The kid was a nice guy and admitted it was too big to actually drive comfortably though.
