    I have the 57" flip on my K5. Its very easy to put on, and took me and 2 buddies a total of 1 hour to put the flip on.

    with an ord 0 rate, it gave me roughly 6 1/2" - 7"

    it should give you 5-5 1/2" depending on how old your springs are. If there new springs it will give you 5 1/2"

    Love mine, Got 63" springs out back and can't wait to flex them out!!!!!!!! Easy install! Can't beat them! Gave me 5 1/2" before I went to 63" springs! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Search around. This has been covered many times before. I know because I asked the same question not long ago. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif But, from what I have heard, its an awesome flip, and I am getting one myself in a few months.
