For the rear brakes you'll have to pull the shafts and take out the nut holding the hub on. Pull the hub and drum off as an assembly. Change pads as you would on any drum brake vehicle. Better yet, switch to disks! /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Be ready to drop your drums. A drum and hub assembly feel like about 45+ lbs.
Is that nut you are talking about a nyloc nut?

Yeah, he is talking about the nylock nut. And to answer his question, there is supposed to be plastic inside.
