Edelbrock carb 1411 HELP !!

    buds truck....broke the acc pump and when the guy rebuilt it he said the jets were in backwards, but now when I get on it, it falls on its face...have two tanks and two fuel pumps so I know both can't be bad...Help!!! /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

    Those carbs are real simple.
    Just 4 jets and 2 metering rods.
    Make sure the right jets and metering rods are installed.
    Sounds like it might be going lean, therefore you can change the metering rod springs and try that.
    Heres a link for the 1411 from edelbrock but it doesnt have the calibration chart for some reason.
    I also attached the 1406 (600CFM version) which has the chart.
    They are a really simple carb. I have never noticed much change in performance messing with these as compared to a Holley.
