Can anyone tell me if the edelbrock performer intake made for the 5.7 TBI engine is worth installing on a stock engine. Would improved performance be noticed with the stock TBI injection assembly? Thanks

I have the Edelbrock intake on my 87. I couldn't tell you if it would work well on a stock motor. I have mine on a modified small block. The motor is nothing special but I'm sure all the little things help. If nothing else it looks cool. I also want to add a modified throttle body made by Turbo City and hopefully an aftermarket computer chip. All in all though she runs great.
