Just checking to see if this is for a Q-Jet or square bore carb.

The Performer is good manifold. I've run a couple of them in the past and had no problems. I'd buy this one but I'm looking for a Performer RPM since I've got a square bore carb on the way.

The primary and secondaries are the same size bore (hence square bore). The Q-Jet has small primaries but large secondaries. I got a great deal on a Barry Grant carb but need to get a square bore manifold to use it.

nope no EGR. I think they make a noticeable difference over the stock intake.

I don't know about a square bore being higher performance. I'm pretty impressed with the Q-Jet, it works great for our 4x4 needs and can give good fuel milage and power. Just different applications I guess...
