Ok I just got done reading the benefits to advancing timing on EFI motors, and I have a question. I finally got a timing light and checked mine. Is it normal for the SES light to come on with the tan wire diconnected?? The numbers on my marker are pretty unreadable so I guessed anyway I advanced it a notch and all my problems are GONE. rough idle no power bouncing tach all gone. Trucks runs like it's new wooohoooo. It'll even burn out now. Anyway sorry so long just wondering if the light comes on for everybody else?
