    That still makes me mad. Glad to see some recovery occurring, but the fact that a court "made" the law really irks me.

    Why the frig is it republicans backing the legislation, and democrats against it?? This should be a no-brainer!!! :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

    I could not agree more. The way that they have used the "law" offends me at every level. I wish that everyone knew about what courts have done here and they people would write to their elected representatives about it. No one should have their property taken, in my opinion, to be given to develpoers. It is just wrong.

    At the risk of starting a flame war, I would venture that the Democrats who voted against the bill are actually Socialists hiding behind the Democrat banner.

    I agree; This is a no-brainer, but so many of our elected (and appointed) officials are "drunk with power" to the point that they don't feel the least bit responsible for their actions, public or private.
