Does anybody in the Colorado Springs area have an engine hoist that I could borrow? I need to move some engines around and hate paying rental fees for something I'm going to use for a grand total of 5 minutes. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I already know where to BUY one. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif My problem is that I don't have room to store one after I buy it, even the foldable ones. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I have a 3-car garage that is so full of stuff that we have to park in the driveway. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I only use an engine hoist once or twice every ten years anyway... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Hey Dave! Thanks for the offer, but it's prolly cheaper to buy an engine stand locally than to drive up to your place to pick one up. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

    Harry,

I should be able to borrow the hoist at work for a day if you still need it. Let me know.

If you buy one, you can store it in my garage. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

That would be sweet! Now I have an excuse to clear up at least enough space for an engine stand. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Is the 60 back yet? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Let me know when you need it so I can drag it home with me.

The 60 is still out. It should be complete next week and then a few days for shipping. I did get the 2WD hydro box installed and most of the air lines plumbed and the old broken baffle EFI tank replaced though. Oh, I also added down turns to the exhaust as I melted a few wires /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Who needs a hoist? I work for a towing/recovery company. If i need to pull a motor or anything, I just back the wreaker up to it and raise the boom! Also good for hanging disobedient teenagers from (not like we have done that /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif)
