I am going to be in need of a good rebuilder/machine shop for a motor rebuild sometime soon probably. I am going to need the AMC V8 in my Jeep rebuilt and was wondering if anyone knew of a good place for such a rebuild. I am just looking for a stockish rebuilt nothing high powered. This little Jeep moves really well with a stock 304 and 2 barrel. If it had more power I think I would probably be dead. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

My AMC is burning 1+ quarts of SAE 30 weight a week so it is getting ready for some work. I don't want a crate motor, I need to get the current motor rebuilt. My dad wants to keep the original motor in the Jeep since it is virtually all stock. The motor is a 304. thanks

I get all my machine work done at CBA. They are on Country Club between chandler blvd and Knox. Those guys do awsome work, and prices are good.
