engine replaced valve spring broke !

    finally got it all in and together, broke it in and drove about 25 miles, all of a sudden loss of power, running very rough, I was thinking wtf, did the new fastchip die, did a injector plug up, burn a wire on the header? poked around awhile, everything looked good. did a compression check, no pressure on #2, pulled the valve cover and there it was, outer spring broken in four pieces, luckily the inner spring was still keeping the valve out of the cylinder. will get new spring and pushrod tommorow. only thing that was weird was after installation of everything, first time start up I had no, or at any time seen a check engine light . I'm going to email fastchip and find out if anything is wrong, anyway she ran great till the spring went away!
