Pictures are on my web page.

Sat while visiting my parents we saw alot of BIG trucks rolling through town. I new the mud bog was that night. So we went home and checked a few things over and headed out. Got there and was the last to sign up for the 36-38 street legal class. The mud was very thick and nobody was going anywhere. I was last and ended up going 99.7 feet. That put me in 1st place. But it was $20 to enter and you got 2 passes. So everyone had a 2nd chance to beat me. my length was broken by a damn Toyota. But he was the only one!!!! So i was last with one chance to make it. They told me I had 2nd sewed up but hey Blazers always finish first. I took off and went 106 feet and beat the Toyota to take first place. I beat 21 trucks. I was so excited. Later I found out that my distance was also further than anyone in the 36-38 modified class too. Everyone loved the Blazer and I told them it was set up more for flex and Crawling but they didn't have a clue. I told one guy to check out my web page and he said "whats a web page". I didn't know what to say. Thats south GA!!. Had a blast though.I also brought home $225.

My page is in my signiture below. And Rob(Yield2me) that 383 we built is bad. That was the first time I really hit it hard. Man was it fun!!. I forgot to mention that in the street class you had to pull atleast 16lbs. of vaccum @ 1000rpm. They were all gathered around thinking it wouldn't make it ( me included) but pulled 22 to everyones suprise.

sweet man. You've built that blazer well and it obviously shows. (my truck is kinda following the path that yours has taken...) what are the specs on your 383?

    Hey Keith!

Doesnt this sound familiar? Remember the Potosi run with all the Toyotas? We drove everywhere they did. Plus I talked to the punk in the flatbed Yota who had the front ring gear busted. He said none of them made it up the wall later that day! Just goes to show, K5s rule.

Been working on mine like a fool lately. Installing the crossover tonight and doing some other mods. Next time you run the bogs, Ill let you borrow my Boggers! With your heavy foot (I like your driving style!) and that 383, you would definately go somewhere. Good to hear from you. Potosi is this weekend, why dont you boys head on up here!

    Later,

    Neil

Keith I have a question on your crossover, where did you get that pass side steering arm? Also did the jeep arm just bolt on or did it need some modifications? I really want to put crossover on my 10 bolt and dont want to have to switch front axles to do this thanks.

Re: Entered My Blazer in the MUD BOG Sat. night!!!!

Well we did think about driving back out to Missouri but I have tests that week On the crossover I used the Heep pitman arm. No modifications except to drill out the hole to use 3/4 hiems. Then got the passenger ORD arm and bolted it on my Dana 44 flat top knuckle. thats about it. As for the 383 i will have to look up my reciepts to get all the info. I have already discussed with my racing buddy some "new" things to take back to the bog. You know roller rockers, different intake, and other fine tuning. I do have a few pictures I can post and have a video

    Great job, man!!

At my local mud bogs, I took 5th place I believe. I beat over 60 trucks, even some big blocks. I made a full pull. I entered in the 35-38" class.
