Ok went to pull the hose for the dis and check the timing and guess what pulls out too ???

The damm fitting to that the hose is to attach to at the base of the carb...Now can I get some epoxy and "glue it" or am I looking at taking the carb off and getting a new base some how....thanks ...mike

Epoxy will be fine. I've had this happen before and just use a tiny bit of epoxy around the metal tube and stick it back in. When rebuilding quadrajets you have to epoxy over the caps for the casting wells inside the carb, it's resistant to gas and heat so you'll be fine.
