    Was doing some figuring for the remainder of my engine stuff, thinkin ok, i got like 2000 wortha stuff to buy and itll all be good, heh how very wrong i am.......
    Edelbrock EFI: $1000
    2 EFI fuel Pumps: $200
    Custom Chip for said FI : $250
    New Oval Port heads since being royally screwed on ebay: $1300
    Correct Springs for heads for particular cam: $175
    Headers: $500
    Machine work/assembly: $650

    Theres an old saying...Take your best estimate for both time and parts and double it. This will be a good approximation of the real job.

    I have tried this twice on projects and damn if it aint close /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
