I just made this and cooked it up. It's outstanding! 1 Talapia Fillet 1/2 Tsp. Salt Fresh Ground Pepper McCormick's "Grill Mates" Garlic Montreal Chicken seasoning 1 Tbsp. Worchesteshire Sauce Lay the fillet on a plate, and put just enough water on the plater form a small layer on the plate. Sprinkle salt and chicken seasoning on one side of the fillet, grind pipper onto fillet. Add Worchesteshire sauce onto fillet; flip fillet several times on the plate. Let sit 5 minutes. Fry in a skillet until done. For added flavor, pour the water-sauce onto the fillet while frying. Tasty!
