ok, I just recently bought the GM crate motor from Scoggin Dickey (330 hp - 380 ft. lbs. torque). did your stock exhaust fit??, mine don't fit, so I'm going to have to get headers (which I was trying to put off for now (finances). what do you have?? brand of headers, did they fit well?? I'm considering getting the one's with the air tubes coming off of them so I can hook up the smog pump (in case I need it for inspection purposes). any pics/ comments?? thx, Steve

    fyi, 85 K5 w/ 700R, and i'm considering the Flowtech afterburners.

yea your stock stuff will fit... I purchased some flowtech afterburners that fit great, but if you have a stock oil cooler you'll have to either use a remote filter or disconnect the oil cooler.

I blew the engine in one of my k5's cuz the stock oil cooler line broke so I'm not real hot on the oil coolers anyway.
