    Steve:
When they did the rear shock mount between the frame rails, I see its 1 1/2" OD tube. Is that hollow? Thin or thick wall? I am considering doing this since the tank and diff is out of the way already.

    Thanks
    Mike

I did some searching and found this old post of mine. Not sure if the price is the same now though.

Well I did all the leg work and here is what I found.
Scott at rockstomper.com (303-833-1431) can supply a kit like on Steve's K5 for around a $100.00 including shipping. The kit would include upper bar that would need to be cut to length (because frame widths vary) and the ends would need to be welded on. Lower mounts would need to be welded on also. Shocks (If you are running the same lift as Steve) you would need to get are Rancho part # RS9012 or similar. You will also most likely have to modify your exhaust. Hope this helps out. Thanks Steve for all your help!!!!!!
