    Is summit racings exuast tubing good tubing its the only I have found Im wondering if its gonna rust out fast or not it says it alumum(sp)coated steel I was kinnda looking for stainless also has anyone ever sprayed it after? http://store.summitracing.com/Default.asp

    I haven't had a problem with aluminized exhaust parts rusting out and the highway crews around here are insane with the salt this time of year. If you weld any of the tubes together, spray the welds with high temp grill paint to keep them from rusting.

    I took a peek under my truck the other day to see how bad the salt buildup was. There was a salt crust about 1/16" thick on EVERYTHING /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif And I just pressure washed it a week ago! I really wish they'd use sand here. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
