I was looking for one about this time last year for my 97 Z71 and found one out in the country at a junk yard and the guy said he would take 750 for it. It was also out of a 78 F250 with the rare optinal HP60 /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I just sold a 1987 HP Ford 60 for $1500.00 w/ no locking hubs.I did not even advertise that I would sell it - the guy heard by word of mouth and said name your price.

I bought a 78 HP D60 from HDDave in Montreal a year ago and had him do quite a bit of work of it. New ring and pinion, move the shock mounts, GM outers, new Warn hubs, new berarings and seals, new brake rotors and calipers and probably more that I forgot. I paid $2300 for everything and feel that it was a fair deal.

How bout 3/4 HiPin 44.More of them around and bout same as other 44s.Still tougher tham IFS.and When you find 60 later it's straight swap. With hard axles and 760X joints it's almost as strong as 60.More ground clearance too. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
