fan hitting fan shroud

    my fan is hitting the plastic fan shroud on the bottom. it makes a horrible sound when excellerating...are my engine mounts loose or what?
    thanks for any tips...

    sounds like you have bad motor or tranny mounts or both /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

    could be body mounts too.....

    could be mine does that but only when i flex a certin way (bad body mount) but his sound more like motor or tranny but your right it could be body mounts

    That's true, the body shouldn't flex that much if its doing it on the street. Time to break out the wrench and check tightness on anything suspect!

    yup mine done the same thing it was bad motor mounts
