    How is everyone doing?

    I'm getting really tired of the taste (or lack of) of water. Has anyone had that Propell water? Mmmmm nummy! But I wonder if it has too much sugar or stuff in it...what do y'all think?

    I lost 7 lbs. quickly, now the rest are coming off very slow (although the warm weather has helped). As far as the Propell water I have never tried it so I can't help you. I've been trying to drink less soda and drinking Vita-water instead. It's basically flavored water with extra vitamins/minerals.

    Put a slice of lemon,or lime in the water. Might help a bit. Well I'll be heading out to Hollister tomorrow morning for Blazer-fest. I will be drinking,and eating meat,so it look's like I will be gaining a more weight. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

    I'm down to 246 from 260.... most recently, I've been drinking about 1/2 a gallon of water, and calling it dinner. my pants also no longer fit without tightening the belt up all the way... HOORJ!

    When I used to live and work in Sacramento I would drink an average of 8 gallons of water a day and only use the bathroom in the morning and right before bed. It would get like real hot /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

    The funny thing is, the more water I drink, the thirstier I get.

    I'm with ya... 230# and having tuff tyme staying there on the "drink all the beer in reach" diet. I'm 6'4" so I wanna gain a few more pounds. Been as high as 260 before...guess I been sweating it off at work too much, even though it's a union job. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

    Ha, who's fatter now!?
    I checked and my ideal body weight is about 220 lbs. So I only 70 pounds overweight.

    Naw....making foundry coatings for GM, Chrysler,Ford, etc. Twenty bones an hour to watch dumb people do dumb things in a dumb manner.

    I'm 6'2" and 295 and I need to be around 240 to be just right acording to body fat percentage. I love that Coca Cola a little too much /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

    Y'all need to be doing what I am doing.
    First, y'all needs lots of cold beer for the evening. After a few of these, y'all will start running after four legged animals that have penetrated y'all's perimeter. Further more, while out in the hills getting on y'all's wheel, drink diet soda. As for food, the next morning, the beer will keep y'all from eating so you will eat very lightly.
