    Nice site.

I didn't think "Blue" was the Rebel color.

I couldn't get the link to work until I took out the 'www'.

Nice job Boss, those ORD shackle flips are sweet, I should have installed them years ago. How did your exhaust turn out?

Damn Right Grim! 73 to 75's all the way! LOL. Thanks for the compliment everyone. Steve, the flip is definately the way to go, I agree. Yeah, I got my exhaust done the other day. They didn't do like I told them to though. I told them to reroute it and have the pipes go inbetween the frame and the spring and out the sides behind the rear tire. Instead, they had it go behind the shackle and out the sides and its kindof low too. I told them to make it as high as possible, but no, they didn't. Oh well, looks likes the rocks will be punishing them shortly.

On your site, in the pic that says "Had to cut my exhaust", did you cut through the quarter panel or am I seeing things?

Well I aint gonna hack off my top to make it so. You just cant find them anywhere. My first choice was the original body style K-5. Just cant find them that you can afford.

    Emmett,
Nah, I didn't cut through the quarter panel. That is just RUST eating away at it. I wire brushed it and then treated it. Then I painted it. Next step is bondo. Just haven't got the time yet to bondo it.
Dep, I'm sure you'll give in sooner or later and cut off your top, LOL, I'm only kidding.

    Boss,
Very nice setup on the site. Love the coverage on the ORD shackle flip. If you don't mind. I'll probably be bugging the crap out of you in 1 more month as I plan on the shackle install for my 73.
    Peace

    Depdog,
You would die if you came to SoCal. Have seen two old k5s for sale in my neighborhood. A 71 4in.(rancho) with 33s. No rust. Needs some fixing up though. Guy wants 3700.00 lol. Also a 70 around the corner from here pretty much all orig no lift and no rust. Good old dry SoCal makes for no rust. Problem is you have to mingle with 11 million crazy people and smog. Anyways, It kills me evertime I pass by these trucks. Ya gotta wonder what kind of red blooded American would sell his/her 69 thru 72 blazer
    Peace
    James

    James,
I'm down here in SoCal too (San Diego). Before I bought my 75, I was looking at a 73, 75, and a 69. And there's more around my neighborhood too. Last month when it was warmer, I saw all kinds of Blazers. Just so you know some guys won't sell their trucks. The owner of the 75 decided not to sell and the owner of the 69 said there was NO way he was selling. And the truck had been sitting for atleast a couple of years. I offered him serious money and he said NO, and you can tell the guy was flat broke. But you're right, Blazers everywhere...this morning alone I saw one 87ish, 4" lift, 35's very nice and a 73-75 with its top off, also very nice.

Shoot, down here even at that price, they would be gone. Trucks bring big money down here.

Damn, around here we don't have anything like that. Rarely any lifted trucks around here. Atleast I get all kinds of looks everywhere I go. Looks of terror and looks of "damn, that a nice truck."
In VA though, I see them everywhere.

Lifted everything's around here (SoCal). Rangers, Z71's, 'Burbans, Expe's, Jeeps, Super Dutys, Rams, Excursions, there's even a guy with a Nova body on a 4by frame, lifted and everything. It's gotta have at least 38's on it. I dig your site.
