    What is different about 76-80 fenders that makes them not fit?....just out of curiousity.

    73-80 fenders are squared off 81-91 are slopped.

    Plus the marker lights are vertical on the older ones, horizontal on the newer. If you look close, the grille differences in the two generations of trucks extend also to the fenders and hood. If you change the front clip, it includes the entire front end up to the doors. Doors and back are the same. HTH,

    81 and up look better.........

    Well if I ever get a newer model, I'll trade you front sheetmetal. I love the '73-'80 style, just looks meaner and cooler to me. And parts are dirt cheap [​IMG]
