Well thanks to MJ webshots and the technical information he has posted regarding 205's and rebuilding them, I finished Marv's 205 rebuild tonight. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

The rebuild turned out excellent! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

This makes a total of 2 rebuils, I'm getting good at this /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif.

Check out the pictures: 205 Rebuild Pictures

Once again MJ is the man!! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

    Thanks,

The rebuild kit from ORD is around $190.00, that includes all the hard parts and seals and bearing.

Just add the cost of paint, and your backbreaking labor, and that's it.
