I bought my blazer about a week and a half ago and immediatly tore it down and did some minor work to get it to pass inspection and to make it run good (it was stalling when you stoped). So after after work, working on it in the dark and everything, it is on the road running great. Just wanted to share [IMG].

She's doin' great man!!! Purrin' like a kitten! We put a hole new exhaust with 2 1/2" pipe with flowmasters. Lots of people have been commenting on how good it sounds. The front drive shaft is being rebuilt and some Warn hubs should be in tommorrow or the next day.

Did you get the 3-chamber or 2-chamber flowmasters??

    they are the 50 series. I don't remember if they're 2 or 3...
They aren't real loud, but they let you know they're there. I wanted it to sound nice but not be really anoying inside the truck, but i can still hear what the motor is doing which is important.

The 50 series are the 3 chambers. I have glasspacks and I dont think anything besides open headers is louder than those, and I was thinking of getting the 2 chambers( I wonder what the single chamber ones sound like [IMG])

if my memory serves me correctly, the one chamber flows are bad for torque since they have very little restriction and low backpressure. just my 2 cents

I've got the smaller tube size in the headers for more tork. The truck runs good, will pull stumps out of the ground, and sounds good so I'm not complainin'
