Greg72 has some nice pics of the install if he hasn't removed them.

I put my shackle flip on a few months ago as well if you have any questions.

just had a question. how far is the distance between the shackle and the bumper mounting hole? the distance from the center of the hole to where the shackle begins.

    shackel.....center of bumper hole

thanks for the pics. i just wanted to get an idea of what i was gonna have to cut when putting inthe shackle flip. i installed a hitch along the side of the frame that is alomost flush with the stock shackles. i haven't recieved the ORD ones so i was not sure about that.

When I did the flatbed I had a receiver hitch added to the frame. It didn't interfere with the shackle flip bracket. [IMG]

Let me know if you want to see a better pic of the hitch.

have some pics of mine before ord came out with the production version. i used bell tech lowering hangers for a f$%d ranger(used them because the where engineered stout and all the dimentions worked out) and lowering shackles for an 88-98 chevy. works out pretty well but now the shocks limit travel big time.

after 2 days of work, actuall 2hrs a day. i got the ORD flip in. it makes it a lot easier when you drill the rivits first then hammer them out with a chisel, or just drill them all out. 4hrs to put them in, total. just got to work on the leaf pack to level it out and set the pinion angle, if needed.
