5 months, 107 posts and about 20 UPS deliveries - this is what i have so far. i installed a d60 and 14 bolt ff from an 87 k30 (thanks 4x4k20). i rebuilt the brakes all the way around and replaced the hard lines. installed 4 inch skyjacker springs up front with some ORD HD shackles and all greaseable bushings. used a drop pitman arm and the BDS drop drag link (the BDS drop drag is an unpopular choice but i got it very cheap and decided to give it a try). i also mounted up a set of adjustable 9000s. in the rear, i did the ORD 4 inch shackle flip and 2 inch TC springs with greaseable bushings and adjustable 9000s. when i removed the fuel tank for the ORD flip, i replaced all the rubber fuel lines and just generally serviced the area above the tank. i removed all the body mounts and hardware and replaced them with stock rubber and added a 1 inch body lift and installed braded brake lines all the way around. i just put in a rear cv shaft from high angle and everything seems smooth. i will roll around for a few months and tweak a few things before i decide on tires and wheels. my next big project will be some 4x4 iron sliders and some mild trimming.
