I have a stock 72 k5 blazer and this is my first 4x4. Any recommendations on what to do first?

Not make 3 post with the same question :D .

I think the best first modification is lockers. If you can only afford one put it in the front. Lock-Rites for the smaller tires (under 35's) or Detriots for the larger tires. You would be amazed at the difference a locker makes.

personally i would go for a lift and tires first. people need to get a taste of open diffs so they will appreciate lockers down the road.

and x2 on not posting more than once.
