Nothing to do with my flatbed, but good body damage

Should have it done by next week. Took off about 18" and rounded off the sides. I was dragging my dove tail over everything. Maby this will help. Still need to replace that bent spring.

    Yeah, that's bent. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
Must've been quite a trip. Think the inverted shackle had anything to do with it?

I like the blazer emblem - nice touch. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

When my Blazer sells, if the new owner doesn't want them, I have the stock springs out of my K5 /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif. It sat pretty high for a stock K5 (wasn't one of the low ones).

Just a thought if you're interested. Ping me in a month (or less I hope!).

What's the plan for the tank? Is there still enough room and are you mounting it higher? Nice door/fender, wish I was there to see that one /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif What master cylinder are you running and are you using the stock proportioning /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif valve with it?

Im hoping to get a fuel cell by the end of the summer. My fuel tank set-up is kinda, well really trashy. Im running the corvette MC. with a stock porpotioning valve. Seems to work good. Could be better. Yea you missed out on a good trip. We didnt leave ellensburg till 4:30 and we were home at 9:00. Short trip but a lot of fun. My only days off are tuesday and wednsday. Sucks. Did some more work on the bed tonight. Not really liking how its looking..... but hey its function before fashion.

Looking good. Started my swap today. Even after sitting for over a year, put a battery in primed the carb and started right up /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Have the auto out, pilot bearing and flywheel on. Hope to have pedals, linkage, clutch etc. on tomm. and put the trany in Saterday (once I figure out how i am going to lift the darn thing up there :P So the exodus begins. Should have some pics tomm. or next day. See ya.

Pull the tranny tunnel cover and truck seats out. Then you can run a chain off an engine hoist thru the hole in the floor and lift it up /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

That thing was sweet out there at the Moon Rocks, set-up seems to work excellent and that new fuel cell is just awesome /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Did your truck start out as a Blazer, just wondering about the Blazer emblems??
