as most of yuz knows my wife left to learn me a lesson.well a month ago she came over and brought rat dog with her. good for GOTTIE i thought.well the house she is renting was full of fleas and rat dog gave em to my pup.:angry1: of course i didn't notice cuz GOTTIE has allergys in the fall. i figured it out when a flea was biting my but cheek in the middle of the night. so i gave him a flea bath and it worked 1/2 a day so another.no good. so i shop vaced his ass while useing a comb and got three days of relief.i did this twice and someone said get FRONTLINE.well that stuff is great!!!!!!!i put it on him yesterday ay 1 PM and he is almost flea free.they jump on him and die quick. so i sprayed the house and i'm getting high on FUMES.:haha: i got the house spray just in case, i haven't had to deal with fleas in 14 years.

Does frontline work well for cats too? We have 4 of them and have yet to totally get rid of their fleas. They have had a bath every weekend for the past 3 weeks and my mom has sprayed the house twice.

Frontline is the chit for both dogs and cats. I am allergic to flea bites, they make me itch for days. I love frontline.

I agree with Frontline, or Advantage, or even the generic stuff! It doesn't last quite as long, but still pretty good.

I use Advantage on my dogs and use Sevindust on their bedding. The only thing with Advantage is I believe it doesn't kill ticks. I have friends that live in areas with ticks and swear by Frontline.

From what I have heard, Frontline is water resistant while Advantage is not.

Yeah, well water-resistant is kind of important, especially if you live in a place where it never rains, like I do. :doah:
