    I used to drive one of those things and let me tell you that they are not easy to stop fully loaded. Most of the ones I used to drive didnt have brakes any more and you had to use the engine retard lever to stop. Plus if you pulled on it to hard it would kill the engine and send you sliding sideways.

    Yeah, I would definitely need a new pair of shorts, that is, after they surgically removed the seat from my anus.

    I don't think it would be possible in my case. That joint would probably be stronger than a lot of welds.

    If the brakes had been taken off them, how did you guys keep from getting reported to MSHA or OSHA, and WHY didn't anybody repor that chit to OSHA or MSHA in the first place? Seriously, that's some serious violations right there. I've read fatal accident reports on MSHA's website involving exactly what you describe, haul trucks with the brakes inoperative. Bosses intimidate and threaten to fire anybody who reported the brakeless vehicles to OSHA?
