I can get a 4-speed stick transmission with NP-205, 14 Bolt FF, Dana 44 with 373 gears (3/4 ton). It all came from a 78 Chevy 3/4 ton truck. <8 lug set-up> Does that sound like a good deal ??? The Dana 44 has new rotors.

I'll probley put the axles in first, gonna have to get the clutch, clutch peddal, ...ect. Also will rebuild the transmission and transfer case befor I install it. So consittering I'll be running the TH350 for a while, with 373 gears in those axles, what size tires would be okay ??? I'd like to go with 36" TSL's. Would that be okay ???

id say thats the best deal ive seen all week.the size tires you run will depend on you.with the 3.73 it may be a little sluggish but will still run ok with 36's

with the 4 speed you probably get a granny low 1st... so 3.73's with 36's should be just fine... i have 35's with 3.73's and a 3.06 (700r4) first... and mine is ok.. so yours should be good
