I know 2 or 3 of ya'll have done this swap. What was involved? Do I need to do any mods? Thinking maybe my pickup tube is having trouble in my current tank, there's a big dent in the tank and I don't know where that tube is at so.. If I pull it I might as well replace it, and with a larger capacity, but I"m poor as can be. Replaced the pump and the filter with a clear one so I know it's not those

it will go in, just 2" lower. I've had no problems, seems to go forever with all that gas. I am able to make round trips without having to gas up...
