Anyone out there have a reasonably priced front Dana 60 axle from a 4wd F350? I want to put it on the front of my K5. Any websites where I might find such a creature?

I saw on the BC4x4 pages that they take the center section and flip it and make a High pinion model!

    The site is at http://www.bc4x4.com

The article is in one of the sections...

My fault that is for a rear. Maybe you could do something similar for the front? OR get a Ford 60 front and a Ford 205 t-case? That would probably be cheaper than buying a GM 60!

Check your local Ford dealers. A friend of mine just picked a reverse rotation (high pinion) Dana 60 front end. Was a warranty item. The price.... $500! A steal. All you gotta do is swap the tubes or find a Ford transfer case.
