I use F-150 springs for my "Springer" flip. The ideal donor springs feature:

    1) 2.5" wide leaves (careful as many came w/ 3" wide!!)
    2) 57" total length, 25" from front eye to center bolt, 32" rear eye to center bolt
    3) 4 teflon inserted leaf pack with 1 overload leaf
    4) 2 or 4 wheel drive trucks have them. 4wd uses a block.
    5) The newer the better up to 1996.
