What would be neat is if the room above the garage went down to the garage . Maybe a pole like in a firestation would be cool . I would make that room the gameroom if it was my house . I like it , good luck /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

[/ QUOTE ] Well, I'm still in the first stages of this thing. I'll start the loan thing pretty soon. I'm not holding my breath on this one. But this is the kind of house I'm hopeing too get. [IMG] Is the room above the garage. I'd have too take out the current windows and install a Bay Window.

Nice looking house, brother. And the big lot is a bonus....

The only thing I can't get over is how expensive the taxes are. Is it normal in your area for a property worth 150K to be taxed at $3200???

[/ QUOTE ] That's one thing I really like about Omaha, the cost of living is fairly cheap compared to other places. Even here is the Black Hills, that house would go for a easy $300,000.00 . Here's a few other houses I'm kind of check out. You know what they say about real estate, location, location, location.
