    Four Wheeler mag, Feb. \'02

    Got mine today. [IMG]

On page 18, there is a feature truck and the owner lists his front axle as a.........(are you listening Executioner?) 12 bolt front!!! [IMG]
Yep, he tells it as a "12 bolt front, rebuilt by Moser Engineering". [IMG]
Man, I only count 10 bolts on the cover and it IS shaped like the 10 bolt axle.
Tell me, am I losing it or not? [IMG]

Another note: in the same issue, I have a letter to the editor posted on page 13. The title is "Ted and Mr. Faith Hill". Check it out, some pretty funny sh!t. [IMG] [IMG]

I'm not picking my nose...I'm just pointing at my brain!! [IMG]

10... 12.. same thing... LOL.... [IMG] That's funny. It's not even like it's a Dana 44 with the bolts to confuse them. It straight up looks like 10 bolts. I think someone needs to buy some math flash cards for themselves this Christmas...

Beyond the hilarious misindentifiction of the front axle, I also found it fascinating that they say his 454 is overbored by 0.60". I think they might have meant 0.060"! LOL!!

One of the magazines had a truck or Blazer a few months back. Said it had a 14 bolt, it was clearly an Eaton 10 bolt Corp. axle. I'd be disappointed if they did a story on my truck and didn't bother to get the stats right.

At least this time the Four Wheeler of the year coverage they thrashed on the rigs that did poorly in the dirt. It was funny that the Chevy Trailblazer wins SUV of the year for Motor trend magazine but takes last place in this contest. I also think that they should not even test a vehicle like the Land Rover Freelander if it does not come with a two speed transfer case. It was not made to go off road in the first place, just a soccer mom transporter to the ski sloops. What do you guys think?
