How many of you all have franken lifts? That is, homebrew, several parts from several brands. You know a budget lift.

I was wandering, I have a set of front springs from a K5 with 2 leaves and I have a 3 leaf setup in the K5 now, both sets of leaves are stock. How would it ride if I took the 2 leaf set, with new bushings, and added the leaves(minus the main leaf) to it? Would I achieve any lift?

Look here for a cheap 4" lift

I think if you just start adding leaves for lift you will get a stiffer ride and not be happy. Putting stock 52" rear springs up front would get you a 4" lift very cheap /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
