I can answer questions about this truck too. I sold it to Grendel.

Everything is there except the engine/tranny/t-case. Used to be an automatic. Tilt coulumn. D44/12b with 3.07's. The body is all straight. There is no windshield. No glass in the tail gate. Not sure if the window roll down mechanism works or not. Was a AC truck. It's a nasty orange color. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif Top has sliding windows. Needs a rear tail light. Whats there is in great shape.

Thanks. I cut the ubolts and robbed the axles (3.73's BTW).

The rest is loaded onto my trailer and ready to go to the crusher.

It's a free California Blazer guys. Minimal rust, solid frame with no cracks.

3.73's? The tag on the cover of the 44 said 3.07. Did you pull the cover and look inside to check?

Whatever you do don't crush it. It should be against the law for people to scrap perfectly good rust free classic cars /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif.

Yep, I opened the cover and counted teeth.

I have to crush it. Don't want it sitting around.

    Didn't get the PM.

I still don't get why it's necessary to crush. There are people here in the Midwest/East (me) who would KILL to have a good body and frame "just laying around." Stuff like this is becoming more rare by the minute, and it's because stuff either rusts out or people scrap it. Trust me, if I wasn't in school and could afford the $500 in gas it would take to get out there and haul it back, I would in a heartbeat. Can't Forward Air ship this stuff?? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Well, I've posted this on every board I know.
No takers. I don't want it "sitting around" pulling down my property value.

Heh. Not sure if that was meant to be an insult.

Anyhow, last bump. Crushing it on Thursday. Come get the damned thing.

No, my Mom's great...she just doesn't like stuff sitting in the yard. I really wish someone would come get it, it just wrenches my gut to see a good truck get crushed. I'll try to spread the word, too. Did you post it on the Stovebolt forums or how about the NorCal Big Dawgs' website?
