    FREE BEER FOR FANS!

With only 409 hours, 26 Minutes ( yes, I'm counting) until the Dayton 500, Miller Brewing is offering free beer for fans if Rusty Wallace can pull off a win!

Rusty is cool but I'd rather have a Bud :

I agree. But if I had to choose between a Miller Lite and a Bud ..... I'll take the Bud.

If history means anything, Miller won't have anything to worry about. Wallace is 0-for-39 at Daytona International Speedway, including an 0-for-21 streak in the Daytona 500. He's had his chances, but something always seems to go wrong.

He's gonna win this year, and the company is going to lose a crap load of money and everyone will laugh at them /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crewcab.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif

If you want to taste a REAL beer, try one of these:

    Chimay Grand Reserve Trappist Ale

By far the best tasting beer I have ever drank.

It's brewed by Monks in Belgium and it's much stronger than most beers (9%) and it comes in 350ml, 750ml and 1.5 liter bottles that are corked like a champagne bottle.

You might want to wait for a special occasion to pick up a six-pack. The best price I have found for the 750ml bottles is $11.95 each. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I'm not sure what the liquor laws are down your way but up in my neck of the woods you can't buy beer in a liquor store. I usually buy it at an Italian deli down at Pike Place Market in Seattle. I've also picked up a bottle or two from local grocery stores.

You'll most likely find it on the top shelf /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif with the big cans of Fosters and such.

They have a few different types so make sure you pick up one of each .... y'know....for research purposes.

    WARNING:

If you "research" all three types at one sitting, don't plan on driving anywhere for awhile! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
