    it won't start and i know why, the batt is so corroded it ain't gettin a connection but i can't get the terminal wire loose to clean it up /forums/images/icons/mad.gif how do i get this thing off it ain't cooperating.

    They have a special puller made just for this, you can get at pretty much any parts store, but I always just used a pair of ChannelLocks, but you must be careful when pullin on them because they're very soft....

    well, i got the battery and terminal bolts replaced and it starts just perfectly now. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

    I think you can pour coke on it and it will eat at the corrosion but no /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif too sure.

    it's all better now. yeah baking soda is what i used but the batt needed to be replaced so i replaced it. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
