What is up with these needle bearings in the transfer cases? Are they supposed to be in a freakin billion pieces, or should they be in a contained package? Do I need to replace them if I pull shafts out and the bearing's scatter like import racers at a chevy show, or is it just a PITA?

Like they said, grease and patients. I can not stress enough to be very patient. My trancefer case almost went into the trash one night because I lost it trying go get them dang things back in it. Good luck man.
