top leafs made that is 52.5" long and they are .262" thick. The new spring pin is 24" for the front to the centerpin

So...Useing Donovan's "twist ratio" formula, that would give it a 91.6 score. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

What did he do for his front 'core suport mounts?

Man it was really easy to do. The spring hanger was moved forward 4" and he reused one of the bolts on the bottom of the frame and redrilled the other one. He then welded the spring hanger to the core support bracket. This core support/front spring hanger and all be removed if you have to. Very simple thing to do. I will try to get some more pictures of the spring hanger itself. Also I think that you could use a S10 rear spring up front. This would be a 54 or so long spring. Just some thoughts.

S10 spring pack specs: (atleast something very close to this)

    - From the center pin forward to the front spring eye is about 24.25
    - From the center pin back is about 27.25
    - Overall 52ish
    - 3 leafs + overload
    - Front spring eye dia is larger than the "normal" (I don't remember the measurement off-hand) and will need to be worked around or a costom bushing will need to be made to addapt it over to the stock hangers.

I ended up useing most of the S10 spring pack on the front of mine, except the main leaf, the main leaf is a A/M 4" lift rear 52 spring.
If I was to do the thing over again, I would have used the complete S10 spring pack. With the center pin off-set to the front, the hangers would not have to be moved as much, and the approach angle would be less effected.

Get those pics up Donovan! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
    I'd like to see 'em.

It rides better than stock I think. Also he is using my 5100 bilsteins and he really likes it.

I thought that the S10 leafs would work. I measured a late model leaf pack I thought it was 53" and the center pin was 25.5" but I will have to go and measure again.
