what would cause my front tires to drag slightly when i jack the front off the ground and try to spin them
my driverside side will stop turning almost instantly, and the paaenger will make about 1-2 rev before stopping. i have manual warn hubs, and just recently replaced the calipers and the master cylinder
the shop that i took it to to bleed the brakes told me the new master was bad,
also when i stop it pulls to the left.
any ideas could it be a bad proportioning valve, or would the master cause this?
    thanks
    chris
