I just finished adding my HighAngleDriveline 1 ton rear shaft and moved my perches apropriately so that the pinion angle is 2* down from the shaft. In the front I assume that I have to use shims because one of the D-60 perches is immobile(its part of the gearbox). Do I set it 2* down like the rear or 2* up? or is dead on fine for the front?

Dead on should be fine for the front, generally you don't go fast enough in 4wd to get a vibe in the front. So long as it's close you should be OK. To answer your question though, 2* or so up would be ideal.
