We'll be swapping all the components from a cracked housing into a good one. What are the pitfalls? Anyone know of a URL to help us through the process? I found one on the ORC board and nothing on Pirate. Should we be looking for a factory service manual? Any help would be appreciated. /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

The only help I can offer is a trick that I've heard of where you level the axle (with a level) and when trying to set the upper ball joints (camber, I believe) you use a small level verticly on the side of the rotor to make sure they are straight up and down in the forward position. Good luck.

you should have to reset the gears again.not every housing was made from the same casting so you have to set the gears for every housing on a case by case basis.knuckles and everything should line up if you are changing those also with new ball joints.
